Her son, Connor, told The U.S. Sun exclusively he moved back in after splitting with his girlfriend but is now set for pastures new.

Caryn is keen to split her time between the farm in Hillsboro, where Matt has been building their new house from the ground up, and Arizona, where they have a vacation property.

Her 1,459 square-foot home in Portland has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and went on the market this week.

The online listing describes the cozy abode as a: “Nicely updated home in Rock Creek neighborhood, adjacent to the golf course on a quiet cul-de-sac.”

Caryn’s house is “light and bright” with a new carpet throughout and an open floor plan with an updated kitchen featuring “solid surface countertops, SS appliances, and a pantry.”

It also boasts an oversized living room and bedroom/office on the main level of the property.

There is a large primary suite and a third bedroom upstairs with full bathrooms, along with a big, private, low-maintenance backyard with a newer deck and raised flowerbeds.

NEW START

Matt and Caryn, who have been dating since 2017, are still keen to travel back and forth between Oregon and Surprise, Arizona, where they already own a $375,000 home.

The pair purchased the two-bed, two-and-a-half-bath property from Caryn’s parents back in 2018, following Matt’s divorce from ex-wife Amy Roloff.

A source previously told The U.S. Sun she was hoping to move by January 2023, but it’s taken another year for her to put the home on the market after her son moved back in.

Her son said they were living in a double-wide trailer on his 106-acre family farm amid their home construction.

It was revealed in December, that Matt’s new building on the farm is finally complete after he spent all last year on the expensive project.

Matt’s daughter-in-law Audrey posted new videos on her Instagram showing off the exterior, as she announced her kids were going over to visit “little papa’s house.”

The children arrived in a toy car and pulled into Matt’s new driveway as Audrey revealed the brick exterior of the new home in her video.

EXHAUSTIVE PROJECT

Pregnant Audrey, her husband Jeremy, and a growing family of three kids, live about three miles away from Roloff Farms.

Fans took Audrey’s video to an online fan forum to discuss Matt’s latest move.

An eyewitness previously told The U.S. Sun that Matt opened up about the exciting construction process to lucky fans visiting Roloff Farms for pumpkin season during a Q&A session.

He told a crowd: “Construction has been ahead of schedule, but pumpkin season takes all of our attention.”

Matt began construction back in March 2023 and credited his youngest son Jacob for helping him with the exhaustive project.

He said at the time: “Very exciting to be finally, after 5 years, of planning to be starting on our new house.

“Jacob is cutting up the logs we have been saving. The home will be a combination of wood we purchase and some we cut on our LT40 mill we have at the farm…. It’s going to be a busy busy Spring / Summer.”

Matt previously described his wife-to-be as his “rock,” writing on social media that “she [knows] how to take some random structure I build and make it come alive with energy and soul.”

Asked when they would exchange vows, her son Connor said: “I believe they want to do it in May, right before summer. They don’t want it too hot. But she mentioned May, I’m not sure exactly when.”
