They put down $400,000 on the new home and took out an additional $1.6 million mortgage while still owing $600,000 on their Flagstaff property. Altogether, they now have $2.2 million in mortgages and have spent $400,000—money that could have supported his children or been paid back to Christine. Astonishingly, the day before closing on this house, Kody filed a countersuit against Christine.

The couple’s new home is located in northeast Flagstaff approximately 16 miles from their previous house — and Coyote Pass.
