The couple’s new home is located in northeast Flagstaff approximately 16 miles from their previous house — and Coyote Pass.
According to the property listing, Kody and Robyn’s new house has 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
According to property records in Coconino County, Kody and Robyn bought the house under the name “White Stone Trust” and may eventually place it in an LLC they established in December 2023. They made a $400,000 down payment, a move that violates the court’s asset transfer ban, and took on an additional $1.6 million mortgage for the nearly 8,000-square-foot home, which includes six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a guest house, and a storage shed on 2.56 acres.
The home, described as palatial, features a large wraparound balcony but needs some repairs. It seems Kody’s main motivation is simply to have the space for family and friends to return, despite the fact he has limited practical need, with only two minor children left. This new property also allows him to shield assets from Christine through the use of a trust, while minimizing financial responsibilities towards his ex-wife, including child support and care obligations.
The court order requires Kody to avoid transferring or concealing assets without Christine’s written consent or court approval. However, he has instead deliberately funneled money into this new property, intending to keep it out of Christine’s reach.
