Sister Wives’ Kody Brown gets ‘red in the face’ after meeting ex Christine’s new husband David Woolley

Kody Brown’s first time meeting ex Christine Brown’s husband, David Woolley, will be shown on the upcoming episode of Sister Wives.

Kody, 55, and David, 60, come face-to-face during a family Valentine’s Day party, Us Weekly revealed.

A sneak peek showed Christine, 52, introducing them as Kody and Robyn Brown arrive at her house for the gathering.

David offered the TLC star a ‘How’s it going?’ before he replied, ‘David, nice to meet you. Kody.’

Christine also formally introduced her new husband, whom she wed in October 2023, to Robyn, 46.

Kody asked, ‘How long have you guys been dating?’ before Christine answered, ‘A month and a half.’

Brown then asked Woolley if he’d met ‘the kids,’ in reference to his and Christine’s six children and their grandchildren.

‘He’s met everybody,’ Christine divulged, which appeared to get a rise out of Kody.

The exes’ daughter Mykelti Brown joined in, telling her dad that David ‘babysat them by himself while we went and got pedicures.’

David asserted, ‘I’m used to a lot of kids. I’ll have 10 grandkids. I have eight kids. I’ve been around polygamy my whole life. I’m used to a lot of kids. Large groups don’t bother me at all.’

Later, in a confessional interview, David acknowledged the tension between him and Kody.

‘The first thing he said was, ‘I heard you held my grandkids.’ And Mykelti says, ‘Well, he did more than that, he babysat them. He got really red in the face,’ he recalled.

And Kody said about David in his interview, ‘What was interesting is David made more eye contact with Robyn and talked to Robyn way more than me.’

Christine went public with now-husband David via social media in February 2023.

It came after she and Kody separated in November 2021 after more than 25 years together, during which they welcomed Paedon, 26, Aspyn, 29, Mykelti, 28, Gwendlyn, 23, Ysabel, 21, and Truely, 14.

Christine rebounded with David, whom she met on a dating app.

After they married one year ago, the TV personality gushed, ‘I’m happier than I’ve ever been. I absolutely love monogamy — I was made for it.’

In addition to his split from Christine, Kody also lost second wife, Janelle Brown, and first wife, Meri Brown.
