OutDaughtered: Adam Supervises Danielle’s Special Spa Day – Busted Bliss

OutDaughtered husband Adam Busby and his six daughters want to set up a surprise for Danielle Busby. They know how hard she has been working lately and want to do something nice for her. They believe she deserves a special day of pampering, so they set up an at-home spa day just for her.

OutDaughtered: Adam Busby Supervises Danielle Busby’s Home Spa Treatment

Danielle Busby is going through some difficult and stressful times. She is overloaded at work, and because she is short-handed, it puts more on her. It causes her a lot of stress. She has been in Dallas for business the past week with a few of her employees.

It wasn’t all business for her and her team. They did manage to sneak in a few hours of fun at a local bar. But for the most part, the trip was still stressful for the Graeson Bee Boutique owner.

Adam knows how hard his wife works, so he and their six daughters, Blayke Busby, Parker Busby, Riley Busby, Olivia Busby, Hazel Busby, and Ava Busby, plan a special surprise for her return. The OutDaughtered bunch sets up a full at-home spa day to help her relax. Complete with facials and a foot rub.

However, with six daughters fighting and screaming over who gets to pamper their mom, the day is far from relaxing. Blayke attempts to dole out specific pampering chores to the younger girls, but it quickly turns chaotic.

Adam sits back, supervises, and tries to keep the girls from fighting. But it soon becomes a lost cause. So, he gives up and promises to make it up to his wife during their night out.

Before long, all six OutDaughtered girls and their mom are lying back with cucumber slices on their eyes, and Danielle’s spa day goes right out the window. But, after all, it is the thought that counts.

Danielle Learns Something About Herself

Adam Busby and his wife want to try to get in a much-needed date night. While the OutDaughtered mom is away, she misses being home with her girls and Adam. During their night out at the bar, she tells her friends they have been having a rough patch lately. She says they bicker often and haven’t had much time to themselves.

Danielle tells her friend Kimmy she plans to prioritize date night with him. She says it is something they both need. She adds that she wants to be better for him and the girls. So, she is looking forward to some one-on-one time with her spouse. Or at least she was until she found out what happened while she was away.

OutDaughtered: Adam Goes to Extremes

One of the OutDaughtered parents, Adam and Danielle’s biggest problems is that they need to be on the same page when parenting the girls. She feels like she must be the strict, rule-making disciplinarian, and he always goes to extremes to be the fun dad.

Danielle Busby finds his lax and free-style parenting annoying. She becomes irritated when she learns her husband allowed the girls to talk him into having a Yes Day. For those who don’t know, a Yes Day is a full day when parents must say yes to everything (within reason) their children ask for during a scheduled time period, usually 24 hours or less.

The idea of a Yes Day comes from a popular children’s book written by Amy Krouse Rosenthal. It tells the story of a little boy living out his favorite day of the year, his chosen Yes Day. According to yesday.com, the book and film encourage families to enjoy their versions of the day.

The day was all in fun. Danielle says it is not so much that Adam allowed the girls a full day of fun. But it is the fact he chose to do so without her knowledge and while she was away.

Danielle Busby says her husband, Adam Busby knows this is one of their biggest issues. She wants to be included in these special days and feels left out and hurt when she is not. OutDaughtered viewers can look for this situation to bring on a lengthy conversation between the parents.
