90 Day Fiancé’s Karine Sparks Baby No. 3 Rumors Amid Paul Going Missing
90 Day Fiancé alum Paul Staehle's wife Karine Martins could be pregnant again with their third baby, if her latest Instagram Stories can be believed.
90 Day Fiancé alum Karine Martins sparked rumors that she’s pregnant after announcing her husband Paul Staehle has gone missing. Paul, from Louisville, Kentucky, had traveled to a very remote area of the Amazon region to meet Karine for the first time on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. Karine, who’s from Tonantins, Brazil, had difficulty communicating with Paul as they spoke through translated text messages. Early on in their relationship, Paul wanted Karine to take an STD and pregnancy test. While Karine had nothing to hide, Paul was keeping his criminal past a secret from her. They eventually got married in Brazil in November 2017.
90 Day Fiancé‘s Paul and Karine welcomed their son Pierre in March 2019. They had a second son named Ethan in February 2021 once their first child turned almost 2 years old. Now two years since their second baby was born, Karine could be pregnant again, if her Instagram Stories are to be believed.
Karine wore a white T-shirt and light blue trousers in the photos. She was seen cradling a baby bump in both of the Instagram Stories. Karine added a heart-eyes emoji reaction sticker on both photos for her followers to convey their emotions upon seeing her possible pregnancy. However, Karine did not specify if these were recent pictures or from the time she was pregnant with either of her sons.
Paul Has Made Karine Take DNA Test After Accusing Her Of Cheating
Interestingly, Karine’s Instagram Stories right before these photos of her with a baby bump were about Paul going missing. Karine first posted a note in Portuguese that said Paul had gone missing in Brazil, where he appears to be living lately. Karine asked her fans to send them prayers. Karine wrote the same note in English next, again telling her followers to hope and pray that Paul will be found soon. Her sparking pregnancy rumors immediately afterwards was strange. She has not given any updates about Paul’s disappearance since.
The last time that Karine was pregnant, Paul had again asked her to take a DNA test. Karine went through a miscarriage before having Ethan. She revealed she had good news to share during the Tell-All when Karine was still living in Brazil while Paul was in the U.S. Karine was “scared and sad” about having issues with her pregnancy. Her U.S. visa hasn’t been approved yet. Paul was looking to get residency approved in Brazil. “But also we do need to do a DNA test in regards to this,” Paul shockingly announced. He suspected Karine was pregnant with another man’s child since he had already accused her of cheating after coming across some “flirtatious” messages on her phone.
Regardless, Karine has yet to confirm whether she is pregnant again in 2023. There’s a chance she could be missing her little ones and reminiscing about the time when she was pregnant. Both of Karine’s sons are with foster parents. Karine and Paul lost custody of their kids in December 2021. The couple had split up at the same time after a video showing them engaged in a domestic fight had been leaked online. The 90 Day Fiancé duo announced they were back together in April 2023. Why Paul is still in Brazil despite their supposed reconciliation remains a mystery.
