Angela and Michael’s separation in the U.S. was documented in the previous season of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? Michael ended up moving to an unknown place where he had friends in Texas, far from his wife. Since then, Angela filed for an annulment, and Michael has sought a divorce, while Angela has been seeking an annulment. They’ve been in a legal battle for months. Last month, Angela filed her responses to a list of Michael’s statements regarding their separation.

According to reports, some of Angela Deem’s responses to Michael’s divorce filing surfaced. One of the things that Angela allegedly confirmed was that she and Michael never had any s*xual activities since they got to the U.S. It was the 90 Day Fiance star’s response to Michael’s claims, saying that they had “physically consummated” their marriage.

Angela has also confirmed TLC used snippets from their scenes to create a controversial storyline. She added that Michael would make up many reasons why he’d sleep on the couch. Another statement that Angela reportedly made was admitting that she contacted Michael once during their separation, explaining that his step-granddaughter wanted to speak with him to question why he abandoned them.

The legal documents also state that Angela Deem discovered that her estranged husband was engaged with a group of Nigerian men to induce women from the U.S. into marriage with the sole purpose of getting into the country and becoming legal citizens. Angela also said that she has yet to find Michael, but the 90 Day Fiance star made it clear that she wanted him out of the U.S. for committing marriage fraud. Sources claimed that Michael is currently living in Texas with his friends. Michael believes Angela is not entitled to file for annulment, denying her allegations that he committed such a crime.

Michael Ilesanmi is also confident that he won’t get kicked out of the U.S. He previously revealed that he already had a green card for a year, and he’d only get deported if he got into serious trouble with the law.
