‘90 Day Fiance: B90’ Niles Valentine Warns Of GoFundMe Scam

90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days star, Niles Valentine is warning of a GoFundMe scam that is currently running. He has been very open about his money struggles and someone has taken advantage of that. So, what are they asking for? Keep reading for more details.

Niles Valentine Warns Of GoFundMe Scam

Fans have grown fond of Niles Valentine and his wife, Matilda Nti, as their 90 Day Fiance journey has been quite the adventure. He flew all the way to Ghana to meet Matilda in person as he knew he wanted to be with her forever. Unfortunately, Niles had lost his job prior to the visit and that was going to cause a bit of a hiccup in their plans. She wanted to get married the moment that he made it to Ghana but not only was he unemployed, there was another hurdle. Niles’ parents were not supportive of the marriage and they were not going to be in attendance.

He wanted to tell Matilda that the wedding was going to have to wait until his next visit but she is very headstrong. Before long, they were planning a wedding and he had to confess he was struggling financially. Luckily, his Ghana father, Mr. Arc gave him a loan and he and Matilda were wed. Niles headed home with the hopes Matilda would join him soon. However, he did not realize all of the expenses that accompanied it. He shared this on the tell-all and how much more he had to save.

90 Day Fiance viewer must have seen this and taken advantage of it. Now, there is a GoFundMe out there for Niles Valentine and Matilda Nti. It is aimed to help bring her to the States but it is not legit. Niles has confirmed to @90dayfiance_alexa that this is a fake account. He and Matilda have nothing to do with it or the organizer, Matt Case. Matt claims he is a fan of the couple so that should be the first red flag.

Fans React To The Fake Account

Of course, 90 Day Fiance fans would love to help Niles Valentine and Matilda Nti start their lives together. Twenty-seven people have donated and over $700 has been raised. So, what do fans have to say about the GoFundMe and are they even surprised?

  • This is soooo gross and it really grinds my gears. Mind blowing to me that people have no qualms about doing this crap to people. I say they should get ahead of this and start their own go fund. I’m sure tons of people would love to help the real Niles and Matilda.

Another added that this person was asking for $25K when Niles said he only needed $4K. Therefore, that was all the proof they needed that this was a scam. Hopefully, the couple can be reunited sooner rather than later.

Are you shocked people are still trying to rip off generous fans like this? More so, should GoFundMe be more cautious? Let us know in the comments and watch the 90 Day Fiance tell-all Sundays on TLC.
