Best remembered as Colt Johnson’s super possessive mother in 90 Day Fiancé season 6, Debbie turned over a new leaf when she starred in 90 Day: The Single Life season 2. Debbie underwent a dramatic weight loss, had her hair colored red, revamped her wardrobe, and even got a tattoo. While the 69-year-old Debbie didn’t have any luck in romance the first time around, The Single Life season 3 is when she met Tony, a man from Canada, through her friend. Debbie and Tony began a romantic relationship right after their first meeting in person.

She recently posted a sweet photo of her and Tony confirming that “Tony & I are truly in love. Don’t we make a Dream come true” Debbie’s next Instagram Story featured a selfie with her partner. She announced, “Maybe we need an addition to the family.” Debbie’s fans may have wondered if the couple was going to reveal they’ve welcomed a baby. However, Debbie posted a photo of a little kitten instead. “Meet Ember,” Debbie wrote along with the photograph of the cat that she and Tony adopted.

Tony played with the kitten in a new photo that Debbie uploaded after that, calling Ember “daddy’s little girl.” Ember joined another four-legged friend in Debbie and Tony’s house for a photo Debbie described as “buddies guarding the house.” Cat mom Debbie used to have six cats when she was introduced to 90 Day Fiancé viewers. When Colt brought his now ex-wife to their home in 90 Day Fiancé season 6, the Brazilian woman was not warm towards Debbie and Colt’s pets.

Larissa had even called one of the cats named Cookie Dough “fat.” Colt and Debbie used to rescue cats from local shelters, which is how they had so many feline friends living with them. When Debbie decided to move to Canada, there were questions over what Debbie would be doing with the cats. Colt criticized his mother and the way the relationship was moving too fast. Debbie feared that moving would affect her strong bond with Colt, but she also had a connection with Tony that she wasn’t ready to let go of. Debbie has been living in Canada with Tony for almost a year-and-a-half now.

Debbie brought all of her cats along with her. She mentioned that they, too, are happy staying with Tony. The 90 Day Fiancé star may have been a villainous character when fans first met her. Yet, her wholesome relationship with Tony was one that appealed to all. Debbie got her happily ever after, even if it involved souring her relationship with her son. Colt and Debbie aren’t the same uncomfortably close mom and son duo anymore. But it hasn’t stopped Debbie from being a mother to an all-new baby.
