Annie Suwan and David Toborowsky recently shared a series of pictures of one of their Thailand condos on Instagram to sell it. Since he is a real estate agent, he tested his skills by promoting the apartment with beautiful photos. It’s located in Pattaya. He began the caption by saying his amazing condo has one bedroom and one bathroom.

Furthermore, David told his followers and fans that the condo is 43 sq. meters on the 5th floor of the building. His property is fully furnished, for which he wrote, “for sale 2.1 million Thai Baht 1% transfer fee,” costing approximately $62,000. Annie and David also gave away a washing machine in the condo.
David also revealed that he is willing to rent the condo for 14-15K Bah. Shockingly, he and Annie planned to sell an asset one month away from their baby’s birth, which seems out of place. They might be worried and want to increase their earnings. Even though the rent seems the right price, they included the washing machine to raise the condo’s value.
Annie and David currently live in a condo with two bedrooms, which looks sufficiently big for them and their baby girl. Annie’s due date is March 14, so the couple are excited to make preparations before the special day. They also wish to obtain dual citizenship for their daughter to make her future travel easier.
